  1. Formation of Contract

1.1 Offer and Acceptance
When you place an order for products through ReLap, you are making an offer to purchase those products. Upon receipt of your order, ReLap will send an email confirming that we have received your order, known as the “Order Confirmation Email.” This email serves as an acknowledgment of receipt but does not constitute acceptance of your offer. The contract for the sale of the product(s) is only formed when we dispatch the product(s) to you and send you a “Dispatch Confirmation Email.” This email confirms that the product(s) have been dispatched and constitutes our acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s).

1.2 Cancellation
You may cancel your order at no cost at any time before we send you the Dispatch Confirmation Email. Once the Dispatch Confirmation Email has been sent, the cancellation policy will be subject to our Returns Policy.

1.3 Quantity Limitations
ReLap sells products in quantities that are typical for average household use. This limitation applies to both the number of products ordered in a single transaction and the cumulative number of products ordered in multiple transactions. If your order exceeds what is considered typical for household use, we reserve the right to adjust the quantity or reject the order.

Most items purchased from ReLap are returnable within a specified return window, except for those clearly marked as non-returnable. For a return to be processed, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging (e.g., boxes, tags, user manuals, warranty cards, and accessories).
  • The product must not have been damaged while in your possession.
  • The product should be identical to what was shipped to you and match the product description.
