We deliver products across India. The delivery time can vary based on the geographic location of the customer. Typically, it ranges from 3 to 12 working days from the date of dispatch. While we strive to meet these timeframes, they are approximate and not guaranteed. Factors such as the destination, local courier efficiency, and logistical issues may affect the actual delivery time.

2. Production Time for Customized Products

2.1 Tailored Products
For products that require customization or tailoring to meet specific customer requirements, additional production time is needed. This production period can range from 15 to 20 days, depending on the complexity of the customization and the quantity ordered. This timeframe is in addition to the standard delivery time and will be communicated to you at the time of order confirmation.

For orders within India, the following conditions apply:

While we make every effort to process and ship orders during public holidays, we do not guarantee that shipping or delivery will occur during these times. Orders placed around holidays may experience extended delivery times.

If you provide an office address for delivery, please be aware that for security reasons, the parcel may be delivered to the security desk or reception area. It is your responsibility to check with the security desk and ensure that the parcel is received and signed for as needed.
