  • Original Shipping Costs: Shipping costs incurred during the initial delivery are non-refundable.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Request Submission: Contact our Support Team through the Support Page on our website within 15 days of receipt. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. Confirmation: Await our confirmation email regarding the return or exchange request. This confirmation will include instructions for sending the product back to us.
  3. Product Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.

2.3 Replacement Policy

  • Shipping Costs: There are no additional shipping costs for the replacement items. Our logistics partners will attempt to deliver the replacement item up to three times. If delivery fails due to recipient unavailability or premises being locked, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges.
